The Ottawa Valley resort, on the picturesque Astrolabe Lake in Cobden, offers accommodations and activities — including a floating water playground, waterslides, splash pad, mini putt, beach, zip lines, golf course, hiking trails and more.
Eastern Ontario’s largest floating water playground, Splash Valley Waterpark & Resort, off Highway 17 in Cobden, formerly known as Logos Land Resort & Waterpark, has rebranded and expanded.
After 40 years in the Ottawa Valley, the resort was officially rebranded as Splash Valley Waterpark & Resort this spring. The transformation came with “a significant investment” in the property that aims to put Splash Valley on the map as Eastern Ontario’s largest floating water playground on the spring-fed waters of Astrolabe Lake.
After more than 20 years of stewardship by the Paxton family, Summerhill Resorts purchased the park in 2021.
“Splash Valley is more than just a rebrand,” says Bill McGill, president of Summerhill Resorts. “We’ve also refreshed the existing amenities at the former Logos Land Resort and Waterpark to create a premier destination for family fun in the Ottawa Valley.”
Logos Land Resort & Waterpark has been cherished as a summer destination by locals and visitors alike.
“We are extremely excited to have made a number of enhancements to Splash Valley,” said Paul Johnson, COO of Summerhill Resorts. “The Ottawa Valley is a great place to live, work and play, and we are proud to make this investment in the resort to benefit our guests and the broader community.
